Aniqua’s Mama Honey gave birth to her babies in a hedge next to a primary school on the 3.11.2019. Just two days after that she ought to be poisoned. Which would of course also have killed her babies. So we took Mama Honey with all of her two days old babies to our shelter. Unfortunately we came to late for one of her babies. But at least we could save all of the other puppies. All of them were happily raised by their mom in our shelter. And they are even until now with her.
Aniqua has been waiting for her special person and forever home for almost 3 years now. She’s a very very relaxed, chill dog. But she also has alot of energy and can go on hours long walks.
She lives with her mom, Honey, and a big group of dogs who have all been at the refuge for a long time. It’s literally a kennel of healthy dogs waiting for homes. She has a very special connection with her mom and you’ll always find them together.
She can be quite shy with new people, she’ll never push herself to the front of the group (in general or with new people) but once she trusts you she’s like a big baby! A chin rub seems to be her favourite thing. She’s a really special dog and deserves a home so much.
